Which payment methods do you accept?

Payments must be made at time of purchase via PayPal or Credit/Debit Card. Most of our items are shipped within 1-3 business days.  Please note that around holidays or weekends our shipping may differ.

I have an order issue or my package hasn't arrived?

Issues with your order?

Your skin care needs are very important to us.  If you have issues with your orders contact us immediately at contact@b2beautybybella.com. Order can't be modified once it has been placed. All sales are final. We cannot accept returns on opened products. 

I received a package but it wasn’t my order, wrong item, or missing item: 

Please email us at contact@b2beautybybella.com with your full name, order number and picture of:  products received, packaging slip.  Report all orders within 14 days of delivery.

Are your products cruelty free?

Yes, all our products are cruelty-Free.  We strive to provide you with quality skin care products that are cruelty-free.
